An interface only contains:
- the SUBROUTINE or FUNCTION header,
- (if not included in the header) the FUNCTION type,
- declarations of the dummy arguments (including attributes),
- the END SUBROUTINE or END FUNCTION statement
Interfaces are only ever needed for EXTERNAL procedures.
